1.Raw silk creel

Generally placed on both sides of the host, mostly for the door bracket. The main function is to place the original silk bobbin. Generally, two bobbins are placed at each position. One of them is in use and the other is for standby. At the same time, a guide wire tube is also arranged on the wire frame to feed the wire respectively to the feed roller.

2. The first roller (feeding roller)

There are two types of feeding roller: apron type and roller type. In the apron type, the contact surface between the apron and the driving roller is large, the wear of the driving roller bearing can be reduced, and a slow reciprocating thread shifter is installed at the entrance of the upper, middle and lower feeding devices. Roller roller wear roller wear, but lack of grip can be used to make up for a few more rounds on the roller.

3. Head stick

Each head has a head stick. When the head is pulled, the head rod is pulled down, the wire is passed around the head guide of the head rod, and after reset, the wire is automatically introduced into the groove of the hot box heating plate.

4. Stoppers

The stop device is installed on the top of the head bar. Its function is to prevent the twist of the wire from being transferred outwards from the hot box, and at the same time reduce the tension of the twist, thereby ensuring the elasticity and strength performance of the DTY.

5. First heater

The first heater is generally an arc-shaped hot plate with a groove. The high-speed traveling tow passes through the groove. In order to avoid and reduce the abrasion of the wire on the surface of the hot plate and the chemical corrosion of the oil, the surface of the groove is chrome plated or Spray ceramics, the surface of the groove has a considerable degree of smoothness so as not to damage the thread. The geometry of the groove is related to the stability of the yarn in the groove during high-speed walking. If the groove and the yarn contact surface are relatively flat, the yarn slides easily on both sides during high-speed walking, so that the yarn is not uniformly heated, and the elastic yarn is not uniform. The quality is reduced, so the groove shape is generally designed as a V-shape.

In actual production, we must always check the hot box's silk path and clean it every 2-3 months. Because a hot box temperature directly affects the curlability and bulkiness of the wire. And then affect the dyeing performance. Therefore, the more the wire in the production is deviated from the hot box wire, the worse the deformed wire is and the lower the dyeing grade. If most or all of the silk runs out, the finished yarn will become stiff.

6. Cooling plate

The temperature of the filaments after passing through the first hot box is relatively high. In order to make the filaments have sufficient rigidity, the twisting process is performed normally, and the filaments are cooled to 80° C. through a cooling plate. The length of the cooling plate is generally about 1.5M.

7. Masquerade

The false twister is divided into two types: stacked tray type and apron type. The stacked tray false twister consists of three sets of friction disks (drive wheel, auxiliary wheel, and pressure wheel) with the same speed and is driven directly by the high-speed rotating friction surface. The tow is twisted. The apron type false twister is composed of a pair of aprons that maintain stable contact, and the auger thread is added through the movement of the apron. The role of false twisters is to produce mechanically distorted stresses for deformation processing. It is the core of the texturing machine.

8 second roller (middle roller)

The middle roller is very important, usually its speed is the so-called speed. It is required to have a strong holding force of the cradling frame to prevent the escape of silk.

9 second heater

The second heat box is usually a non-contact heating tube. The heat radiation of the tube wall heats the wire. Due to the effects of airflow, static electricity, and tension, the wire fluctuates in the heat pipe. Therefore, the wire is sometimes in contact with the tube wall. Also called semi-contact heating form. A stainless steel tube with a good inner wall finish of 3-4 cm in diameter is usually used. There are two types of litter heating and electric heating.
As the temperature of the second hot box increases, the crimp (elasticity) of the finished fiber decreases. The boiling water shrinks, the dimensional stability increases, and the residual torque of the wire becomes smaller.

10 Third Rolla

The grip requirements for the aprons are relatively high, but they are lower than W2 and W1 requirements. Its role is to form OF2 (ie, stereotyped overfeeding) for relatively relaxed state shaping, eliminating most of the deformation of the internal stress, moderate bulkiness, moderate elasticity, normal boiling water, and good dimensional stability.

11 Oil Tanker

The role of the tanker is mainly to add proper oil to the low elasticity yarn. Its role is to increase the fiber bundle, increase the smoothness of the fiber, improve the antistatic property of the fiber, and adapt to the requirements of the back weaving.

12 seizes the device, the scissors

The seizure device in the texturing machine is also called broken-wire detector or sensor. It is automatically cooperated with the yarn-cutting device (also called the shredder). When the wire breaks during operation, the seizure device Sensing, and then use the electric signal to trigger the action of the yarn-cutting device, cut the thread of the broken silk position before cutting into the roller, so as to prevent the yarn from being wound on the roller.

13 suction device

The role of the suction device of the texturing machine is to help the head up, doffing and stripping.

14 smoking devices

The oil that is volatilized during the heating and setting of the fiber contaminates the air, deteriorates the operating environment, and affects the health of the workers. Therefore, a smoking mouth is installed at the entrance and exit of the first hot box, and volatile fumes and heat are discharged to the outside through the exhaust fan. Part of the fume condensate flows into the oil collection tank under the fan.
